A one day celebration of art and artists in a positive and friendly atmosphere. Easy curb-side loading, nearby parking, artist hospitality, with food, music, and activities to draw customers. The Arts Festival is a benefit that supports programming at the St. Anthony Park Branch of the St. Paul Public Library.
